I Hate Meetings

I really do. To me, meetings are typically, well, at least 80 percent of the time, useless. My department is now having daily meetings. Yes, daily! I understand that it's good to facilitate communication blah blah blah, but honestly, are daily meetings a complete necessity? Today I realllly had to try hard to prevent my eyes from rolling too far in my head as I listened to the useless banter from my colleagues. Somehow one of them has to turn everything into a debate. Lets call him...The Arguer. He has only been here a short time, yet he's pretty darn sure he's figured out our company, and can speak badly about people he doesn't even know. Probably not the smartest move, buddy. Can you tell it's been a long day?
